Service Confirmation

  • Proposal and Agreement: Upon deciding to work with Acquisition SEO, clients will receive a detailed proposal outlining the deliverables, timeline, cost, and payment schedule of their project. This proposal must be reviewed and signed to confirm the commencement of services.

  • Order Confirmation: After signing the proposal, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will include a summary of the agreed services and any next steps.

Service Delivery

  • Project Timeline: Each project follows a specific timeline as outlined in the signed proposal. Key dates will be clearly communicated to ensure transparency and timely delivery.

  • Consultations and Updates: We will schedule regular consultations and progress meetings to discuss the project, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments. These meetings ensure that the project stays aligned with your goals.

  • Deliverables: All deliverables, such as web design drafts, development progress, SEO reports, and other materials, will be provided as specified in the proposal. These will be delivered according to the agreed timeline and project plan.

Communication

  • Project Updates: You will receive regular updates on the progress of your project via email. Any significant changes or developments will be promptly communicated.

  • Support: For any questions or concerns during your project, you can reach us via email or phone. We are available 10am-6pm Central Time and strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Order Issues

  • Service Delays: If there are any delays in delivering your service, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated timeline and the reasons for the delay. We aim to resolve any issues swiftly to minimize disruption to your project.

  • Service Quality: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. We will review your concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your service within 5 days of signing the proposal for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a prorated refund based on the work completed.
