At Acquisition SEO, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services, including web design, web development, SEO, and more. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of our work, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.
General Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services: Refunds are not available for work that has already been completed. This includes any design, development, SEO, or any other marketing and/or advertising work that has been performed and delivered according to the agreed timeline and proposal.
Consultation Fees: The fees for the consultations, if applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
Cancellation and Prorated Refunds
Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you wish to cancel your project before any work has commenced, you may do so within 5 days of signing the proposal for a full refund of any deposit payments made.
Cancellation During Project: If you choose to cancel your project after work has begun but before completion, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. The amount refunded will be based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, minus any non-refundable fees, if applicable.
Dispute Resolution
Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. We will review your concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include revisions or additional work.
